Getting Started with Opero Smart: A 5-Minute Setup Guide

Welcome to Opero Smart! Here's how to go from zero to productive in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Sign in with Google. Your account is created instantly with 5 default columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review, and Done. You can customize these anytime.

Step 2: Create your first project. Go to Projects in the sidebar and click '+ New Project'. Give it a name, pick a color, and optionally assign it to a team.

Step 3: Add tasks. Use the '+ Task' button or try the AI Quick Add bar — type a natural language description and let AI parse it into a structured task with priorities and due dates.

Step 4: Invite your team. Create a Team, add members by email, and they'll be able to collaborate on shared projects in real-time. You'll see their cursors on the board!

Step 5: Explore features. Check out the Dashboard for analytics, Calendar for deadline overview, and Timeline for Gantt chart planning. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready for unlimited everything.
